Here is a prime example of a little sample bottle that got transformed into a full size on my shelf. This is also a prime example of how damn good many of these middle eastern fragrances really are. It's a highly concentrated Extrait de Parfum known for its bold & intense tobacco profile. It often gets compared to Mancera Red Tobacco because of its dry, almost fiery tobacco note, but aint gonna break the bank.
It opens with top notes of Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Saffron which are fused together for a warm & spicy opening. At the heart of it all resides that lovely tobacco whose scent fluxuates between a fresh ciggaratte to a stack of dried out leaves. For addional dept there is also some Orris & a mysterious Incense which always goes well with a tobacco note. The dry down reveals a deep and persistent foundation of Vanilla, Patchouli, and Oudh (oud), adding depth, sweetness & a woody, earthy trail. For a polished finish.
This aint no shy scent, believe me, this bottle packs a solid punch, even the atomizer feels like its pressurized. This one aint even listed on the Dubai site yet, but it seems to retail for approx €36. Its beautifully crafted, well worth trying out, While the tobacco note leans slightly masculine, the sweetness and complexity from the other notes make it suitable for the ladies too. Would strongly recommend this for the colder weather & evening occasions due to its warm and spicy character. Perfomance & projection are Beast Mode.
