SOTD - BDK Rouge Smoking

Trying another sample that I received and haven't gotten around to giving a full wear. Starts off with this bold cherry and vanilla note almost like a cherry Dr. Pepper. As it dries, it quickly gets a powdery and musky feel to it. Almost smoky in a way but the cherry descends into the background. Everything starts to mix together in a fairly pleasant way. Performance seems average at best so far. It's a well-blended and original scent but I wouldn't see myself grabbing for it all too often. If the cherry stayed more forward and the powdery scent was toned down, I think for me, it would be better.
