Soleil d'Italie by Mancera is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women and men. Soleil d'Italie was launched in 2019. The nose behind this fragrance is Pierre Montale. Top notes are Bitter Orange, Lime, Calabrian bergamot, Mandarin Orange, Pink Pepper and Cardamom; middle notes are Watery Notes, Bulgarian Rose and Patchouli Leaf; base notes are White Musk, Cedar, Ambergris, Vetiver and Guaiac Wood.

Part of my summer collection and recommended by some BOS members. For the first hour this projects about 2 feet pepper and citrus clearly approach. I would say this is a step above French Riviera in terms of refined summer scent. I've worn this a few times and six sprays is plenty. This is a long lasting scent and after the opening the heart does show through with the rose and watery notes. I'm not a patchouli guy and I don't get it much with this one. The musk and ambergris provide a nice landing for the base along with hints of cedar.
