Fragrance Review 1 Million Golden Oud

This is another review from my recent fragrance haul. 1 Million Golden Oud is a leather fragrance released in 2023. The nose behind the fragrance is Christopher Raynaud.

Top notes are bergamot, black pepper, saffron and nutmeg. Mid notes are patchouli, balsam and sandalwood. Base notes are leather, oud , cedar wood and labdanum.

After a punchy sweet, leathery opening, the dry down is spectacular. The oud isn’t super prominent. It has more of a supporting role. You get the saffron, woody notes and the oudy leather. This is not your typical 1 Million fragrance. The quality is almost of the niche variety.

Overall I would give this a 9.5 out of 10.
