I ordered some samples from them recently (something I've done many times). According to FedEx, my package was delivered yesterday and signed for. Interesting because nobody was home. I brought this up with DecantX and, after some back and forth emails to confirm things, I just got an email saying they'd ship out another package.

We hear a lot when companies mess up. It's good to also share when they step up.
