Broken Promises ; Excuses AMRAP
Last weekend I had visitors (a degenerate / best friend / coach/ enabler of all good things), which made getting back into the swing of things tough. I made a promise to my coach that I’ll get at least two sessions in. I had family in town this weekend so prepping for that, toddlers, etc.. ya boy didn’t get any workout in except for excuses. I tried to get a workout in while Nella napped, but she was not a fan of dad’s horrible form, small dumbbell choice, and grunting… Trying to be better this week. Today checks off 1 of 2 promises. @Tylae Westervelt @ other dads/ busy individuals : when do you get your workouts in?

Classroom??
Utilize the classroom. This is where I will be condensing a lot of useful information, workouts (WODs), Basic Nutrition help, blah blah blah. If you learn something or have a question PLEASE POST IT. This leads to engagement, you leveling up to unlock cool shit (golf balls, coffee, free coaching...) Some people may have the same question so it will benefit everyone. This is why this community is different than those whack ass FB groups where everyone just talks shit and provides no value. While I do love some shit talking... you better back it up and bring something to the table too. Ok, back on track here. USE and LEARN in the classroom! Show off a video from a workout you tried. Provide praise or criticism. The more I learn from you all on the needs, the more courses and value I can provide. Alright, rant over.

Nella giveth, and Nella taketh away. 😂 Four consecutive nights of 10-12 hour sleep? Too good. TOO good. She course-corrected fast. So here I am — Thursday night, sleep-deprived, running on spite and caffeine fumes — somehow getting a run in anyway. The real reward waiting at the finish line? That smile. Two gym sessions locked in this weekend, coach. Don’t @ me. 🔒

Back To The Grind
Back from "vacation" in Puerto Rico, and damn I am feeling good. Gave my body a much needed break but stayed active there with well over 10k steps each day and tried out Paddle, the tennis/racquetball concept and that shit was fun as fuck. They are building a warehouse for it in Tampa area that I will be regularly going. Anti Pickle, Paddle Club Incoming. Ask @John Bonilla if he is ok after a gentleman's game 💥 New program is running solid on my end, down almost 2% bodyfat in 3 weeks without losing any muscle. Another 2-3% to go then it's all power focused for the summer months. If you need an actual program to follow please reach out. New Program??
So I want to offer an intro program into my style of working out. Would anyone be on board for this? You would get the program delivered to your phone from my web app. You can track weights, leave notes, the whole 9 yards. Super clean and better than what I have for free in the classroom section. The program I currently made for myself is slightly "dialed back" in terms of nothing too wild in exercise choices or anything like that. It is hypertrophy forward aka maintaining/building muscle while managing a cut (calorie deficit). Owning the basics. I would be 2-3 weeks ahead of the group that decides to join that way I can properly gauge and decide what to keep and to trim the fat for you all for best results. This would include weekly calls with the group and we can chat form, exercise selection, whys, hows, all that and I can adjust your program (aka a little personalized) as well. I can go over progressions live with you and the group and really dial in what's working and what isn't. This will allow me to coach more of the same people with similar goals at the same time with a little more ease on my end. I love being a 1 on 1 coach, but pricing is high and I find myself repeating everything I say OFTEN. So this would be a happy median and with you all having first access, the price point will be very cheap and you will be locked in to that price forever. (ideally I will at least double the price once I hit a certain # or participants). Then obviously we would continue for as long as you wanted or you can simply downgrade your skool subscription anytime. This is a feeler so all comments, thoughts, questions would be very helpful.
