Stretching before sporting activity
I play both golf and pickleball regularly but do not do a great job of stretching. What do you recommend to get my body ready for each?

So before any physical activity, you want to focus more on a dynamic warm up, not static stretching. Stretching (and holding) can actually reduce your power output that round. I like to connect my brain to my body and fire up my CNS with single leg airplanes, then just go through body weight movements that attack the muscle groups you will be using the most. 30 secs of each SL Airplanes Squats (full range of motion) Hammy Scoops Pushup with Rotation Worlds Best Stretch Jump Squats 2 rounds of this should have you nice and primed!

@Craig Heath Yea. Just takes away from muscle recruitment. Same with lifting workouts. Get the blood flowing instead of stretching. PRIME the muscles
Classroom??
Utilize the classroom. This is where I will be condensing a lot of useful information, workouts (WODs), Basic Nutrition help, blah blah blah. If you learn something or have a question PLEASE POST IT. This leads to engagement, you leveling up to unlock cool shit (golf balls, coffee, free coaching...) Some people may have the same question so it will benefit everyone. This is why this community is different than those whack ass FB groups where everyone just talks shit and provides no value. While I do love some shit talking... you better back it up and bring something to the table too. Ok, back on track here. USE and LEARN in the classroom! Show off a video from a workout you tried. Provide praise or criticism. The more I learn from you all on the needs, the more courses and value I can provide. Alright, rant over.

Time off not well spent
Well life kind of got the best of me the past couple months and got me off track for my health and fitness goals. I have been keeping active still playing golf a couple times a week and hitting the range just to get out and clear my head. Things have been getting better and yesterday I had my best round so far! Shot an 88 (first time breaking 90) Super proud of that. But I want to do better and woke up this morning and got back in the gym. Looking forward to getting back into a routine and shaving some more strokes off my game!

Welcome back to the grind. Summer months tend to do that. But also HELL YEA man. Breaking 90 is amazing! Now you are gonna be chasing that feeling for a bit! Let me know if you need anything. Going to be uploading a lot of gym "How tos" and "Unfuck This lift" and all that. If you ever need something covered don't hesitate to reach out or post a video for corrections (lifting... not golf ha. But also please feel free to post your swings too)
