Just Keep Swimming
Day 2 of my rebuild.
Yesterday was able to get to the gym for the first time in almost 2 months.
Working through this injury and now beginning some PT type stuff to strengthen it and my weak links.
Today. Extremely sore from the new exercises AND just the workout in general after that much time off.
So did the best thing for those muscles.
Active Recovery
Warmed Up
Then completed 5 - 100 meter swims with 1 minute tread in between as rest.
Cooled down. That's it.
Felt great. Feel loose now and ready to get back in the gym tomorrow for some upper body.
