This is a welcome to it for gym goers who have some experience in the gym & want to start pushing for better results. Phase 1 that will have you feeling dangerous 8 weeks. This foundations program will keep you engaged with 3-4 days a week of progressive programming. By the end of it you will feel the best you have felt in years (possibly ever). With mobility days, guidance videos and me here every step of the way. **Taking Action Required (Go to the fucking gym)

Trial Training Week
A full week Training split that is similar to how I myself and my clients train. 3-4 Lift days & conditioning/Mobility days allowing for a proper flow of a proper strength & conditioning program. Every day of the week planned out for you with workouts & recovery. Gyms will be needed, these are not at home workouts but they for all walks of life (minus unique injury situations). Mostly for beginners or anyone wanting to try and see what a functional bodybuilding program can look and feel like.

Mobility Sessions
Mobility is how you can handle movement in all ranges of motion (ROM). This is a slow process for some to learn and re-groove your neural connections to your joints and all muscles involved. Some movements will be easy while others you will need to focus on your breath and control with your best effort. Being diligent here will allow your workouts to feel so much more effective.
