OWN THE BASICS
Stop majoring in the minors. A lot of people want to have all the answers, try new shiny objects every other week and hope to see results when they can't even get the foundation down.
This is a MASSIVE part of my training philosophy. Which every decent coach has, I want to help you BUY IN to my beliefs so you can see the results from the gym that you want.
In the classroom there is a whole course with a couple modules in there that will take you 10-15 mins tops to read and take in. I will always continue to touch on these subjects obviously, because they are my beliefs.
(Also, at any point if you want to search for something, just type the keyword in the search bar up top and it will take you to anything said about that topic)
