New Series on exercises I think you all should have in the bag. I've chatted about the Zercher Squat before but I really believe it is under utilizes AND for the people starting the program soon, you will see this in the first week. First and foremost, they make you feel like a DOG in the gym. People will look so be prepared. These allow you to give your spine a break, add depth to your squat, fire up the core and light up your back all in one go. If I have a Pull focused day, I start with these. Great primer before pull ups or rows. IF you can't handle the but of pain from the bar, you can always use the barbell pad or a towel ... But your cool points will probably go out the window.
