Simple Yet Tough Power Combo
Generating power from the ground up is the name of our game (golf) This is a straight forward combo that you can add in early part of your workouts to make some serious gains in the explosivness department. Several of my clients know and LOVE (hate) these. If you are not confident with a barbell, start with DBs. If you are not confident with the solution jerk at the end just do a push press. You can spice it up however you like. Go lighter and hit more cleans for a higher heart rate. Or go heavy and really grind it out. Hang Cleans - Front Squat - Split OH Jerk

I workout at a Golds Gym in Tampa. It's the MECCA of dudes talking about finance and espresso martinis. Yes. They are ripped but their lameness REEKS over their low body fat percentages. I want none of that. I want dogs. I want energy. Who's with me?

If You Need It All it takes is one good season of getting after it and realizing that moving this meat machine with authority is a fucking high. Nothing makes me more proud of my old ass (35) self than doing way more now than I could in my 20s. In my prime. I'm very much here for it.
