On your off days,
You should be doing some form of cardio, either a walk or a hike or something of that sort. This will keep your heart healthy. Many of our clients tell us that they want to have the strength to hike again, but for most of you it’s not strength that you’re lacking but that you aren’t taking the time for yourself. Start small, maybe a stroll in the park. At the end of the day, if you have two legs and physically can walk, you can start doing cardio even if you get tired and need to stop.
What kind of cardio do you do on your days off from lifting?
