All of you have so much to gain, so much to learn, and such delightful personalities! I cannot wait to see what the coming weeks and months will bring for your health and strength!!!

@Krista Fuller has been with Bjorn for 2.5 years and she has been through a LOT. In that time she’s lost 50 lbs and she’s removed 10 inches from her waist. But that isn’t all— she started working out on her own time, she powered through MONTHS of recovery from a knee surgery, and she regained a massive range of motion in her leg that was once lost. Krista was an example of how much dedication to a goal and direct coaching could help you. But here’s the thing, my goal with each of you is that you’ll no longer need me. Krista has come forward and said, “I’m ready for the next step in my journey” and I couldn’t be more excited for her. In truth, none of us want her to leave Bjorn, but she’s not leaving early, she is ABSOLUTELY ready for the next step. This is a moment to be proud of, and I can’t wait to hear how much stronger she becomes in the coming months and years. We love you Krista, and you will be dearly missed.

My first day back at the gym after a lil mini break 💤 I took the down time to make new fitness goals and commit to better nutritional choices to help me reach those goals (if you know me, I LOVE snacks) It’s gonna be tough, but it’ll be worth it! Consistency is key 🔑
