Halloween is approaching in less than three weeks, but the reality is that those sweet candy temptations begin long before the actual holidayāand they typically extend well past the holiday. First, itās candy lining the grocery aisles, and afterward, itās the leftover sweet treats in your bucket. š
There are at least two truths here:
šYou donāt have to forgo all of the sweet treats to reach your goals during this season
šBut you do have to practice discipline
Itās no secret that discipline is key when it comes to consuming super palatable foods, and in most cases, anything high in sugar. Thatās because sugar doesnāt just make your taste buds happyāit makes your brain happy. But (thereās always a but), a good sugar high is always temporary, and too many of them will hinder you from reaching your goals.
