To eat or not to eat? šŸ¬
Halloween is approaching in less than three weeks, but the reality is that those sweet candy temptations begin long before the actual holiday—and they typically extend well past the holiday. First, it’s candy lining the grocery aisles, and afterward, it’s the leftover sweet treats in your bucket. šŸ
There are at least two truths here:
šŸ‘‰You don’t have to forgo all of the sweet treats to reach your goals during this season
šŸ‘‰But you do have to practice discipline
It’s no secret that discipline is key when it comes to consuming super palatable foods, and in most cases, anything high in sugar. That’s because sugar doesn’t just make your taste buds happy—it makes your brain happy. But (there’s always a but), a good sugar high is always temporary, and too many of them will hinder you from reaching your goals.
Tomorrow, we’re going to talk about the question: Should I eat the candy or not?
Remember, we have our Sugar Detox Challenge coming up, so it’s wise to consume responsibly! šŸ˜‰ I will share better swaps in the comments!!
TAKING ACTION:
āœ… Before we talk about it tomorrow, tell me what you think is personally best—to eat the candy or not? Why or why not is this the best choice for you?
