I read the quote above and thought it was just perfect to share today as we officially enter into a brand new year!
The way you speak to yourself is important. That is scientifically true, and if you’re a spiritual person, it’s also spiritually founded. We’ll talk more about the science behind this in the coming days, but just know the way to speak to yourself can quite literally change the trajectory of your journey. 💯
This is the year we learn how to speak to ourselves in a way that promotes real change. I believe this is the missing link for so many, yet it’s so critical if we want to be successful in this space (or any space for that matter!).
