I kept up with water, got plenty of steps in and I know my heart was working overtime bc anxiety lol 😝 I did OMAD again, but it was NOT healthy. I had a pizza roll and 2 potato wedges. I let myself fall into super busy schedule. It was a small portion and only one meal though, so I’m not gonna beat myself up on it. It’s def coming out today 😭. I’ll try to update again this evening on how today goes. I’m just busy and behind
