Hello everyone, I'm checking in again after quite some time. At the moment, everything is a bit up and down. After work, I'm exhausted and lie down in bed for 1-2 hours. Then I go to the gym. My plan, which I have stuck to stubbornly so far, is as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Friday strength training (my plan). Tuesday and Thursday spinning class and handstand exercises. I've also found a training partner who supports me at the gym. He helps me with my goal of doing pull-ups.
Results: I've already managed a pull-up on my own with a narrow bar and the bar facing me. With the wide bar/wide grip facing outwards, I can almost lift myself up on my own. My gym partner still has to give me a little lift. But at this rate, I should be able to do a ‘normal pull-up’ before Christmas.
I can do a handstand, hold it for 1-2 seconds and then tip over. I saw the video from about this today and will work on my technique. I've had pain in my lower back for a few days. According to my physiotherapist, I need to build up my abdominal muscles. These will then automatically strengthen my back and relieve the strain on it. Does anyone have any good exercises for abs?
Thank you! 🥰
