Hello everyone my name is Xavier, IG: @GetfitwithX_ I’m new to calisthenics but I’ve been actively I guess you’d say “body building” for the last 1-2 years but my main goal is to become hybrid and build more lean muscle instead of being bulky. A skill I’d like to learn is to perfect the muscle up without a kip as I am doing right now
