Emom pull ups
First time testing pull ups today...
I made sure I was warned up propery plus did some negatives before I started pull ups. But that's all I did for strength today
I thought doing one pull up at a time would be a better option then trying to do too many at once.
I did 6 in 6 minutes, my ribs were starting to pull after 6 so I stopped.
Wow, listening to my body instead of pushing though the pain is an improvement!
I'll rest my upper body this weekend, see on my Monday how my injury is and go from there😊
