Hi all! I've been curious about calisthenics for a while and recently stumbled across this community. I'm hypermobile and have only recently realised how this is a problem that I should address. I don't need to learn the crazy calisthenics stuff but I'd love to have a body that I can trust in and continue to play with, for a long time to come.
I'd love to hear how this program is going for other newbies and if other bendy people are having success here!
