Rovo Agents. Frustrating expirience

Hello. I am experimenting with Rovo Agents (Studio) and so far my experience is quite frustrating. The quality results and the behavior of Rovo Agents are nearly impossible to "stabilize"! :(

Sometimes Rovo just refuses to see some of the standard fields like "due date": no data.

When I switch to one of the prebuilt agents: voila, the data can be read.

I switch back to my Agent: no data available.

I leave Rovo alone and turn back 15 minutes later, I open my Rovo Agent again: the due date data is available!

After a few requests - nope, can't read it anymore.

It is just like having a colleague who is playing around with you and fooling you every time you ask them something.

This is so frustrating and makes Rovo Agents totally useless. I could find a bunch of support tickets on the same issue: no solutions or workarounds so far. :(

How is your experience? Any ideas for "stable" Agents?
