Hi Community, is there a proper way to do a JPD migration, cloud to cloud thats as smart as we do for other Atlassian products ( Jira Software, Jira Service Management & Confluence)? I have noticed JPD doesn't appear in the list when using the Migration Plan method of migration.
@Kay Kabwe @Alex Ortiz We are planning on using Revyz to move items from one instance to another. First time using it for us, any recommendations for things we should know before getting into it?
Great conversation. As a scrum guy, I am going to stick up for running scrum and having sprints.....where it makes sense. The sprint is just a time frame, nothing more. It provides time for measurement, analysis and feedback while having a Sprint Goal and showing what value you will deliver. Also, I believe the team should have an understanding of the requirements before anything is pulled into a Sprint and estimated. Work items should be assigned though. Crazy thinking teams/companies don't assign it but I have seen it as well.
Any tips and tricks linking JPD (Jira Product Discovery) and JSW items to Goals? Looking to get my company focused on delivering value and setting up Goals for 2026. Not seeing too much documentation out there yet.
@Sid Pathirana Good to know but I was heading down this exact path. I set our common company goals at the top and thought we could utilize sub-goals. I tried to mess with projects but I think that would take a lot of updating since our PMs are using Smartsheet for that today.
@Josh Golosinskiy Thank you! I’m going to give it a shot and I’ll keep you posted as we move forward. Hoping it provides some tracking on those goals. One thing though, some initiatives may touch two goals, is there a way to have two goals on one item?
