I have a reseller client trying to use wazzap.mx to communicate through GHL. He’s integrated it via a custom menu link, allowing him to use one of their numbers in GHL instead of LC Phone or Twilio for unlimited WhatsApp messaging. The issue? Messages aren’t showing up in the Assistable inbox, and it’s not responding. Has anyone dealt with this before or used other WhatsApp providers like WAGHL that could help?
I’m planning to hop on a call with him in the next couple of days—any advice before then would be really helpful.
P.S: Maybe a buildship using the Assistable API when it comes back up? Just a thought.
