Contact Deletion Issue
Hello everyone, I am new to using assistable but so far it has been great. I am running into an issue that whenever it is booking an appointment/creating a contact it is deleting previous contacts. I have no workflows that would execute an action like this so I am very confused. Open to any insights and help, thank you!

@Emilly Starstruck yeah I figured it out thankfully. I had a workflow step that was updating opportunities and deleting it was a personal error. I solved it with the Assistable support chat.

Taking Payment
Is Assistable able to take payment over voice chat? For example, charging $50 for a consultation that must be pre-paid.
