Voice mail
I have an outbound call assistant configured to make a call after my prospects send me a WhatsApp requesting information. Everything works fine, I have two problems, 1- most of the calls fail, 2- others answer a voicemail and the assistant doesn't understand. Is there a way for the assistant to detect that it is voicemail and leave a message?
