Having problems with the assistant understanding our timezone? All of our calls are to be assumed GMT/London but this doesnt seem to be working.
I want the receptionist to understand whether the business is open or closed. Its currently 7:40pm and the business should be closed from 5pm but the assistant says we are open
Any tips?
