Timezone
Having problems with the assistant understanding our timezone? All of our calls are to be assumed GMT/London but this doesnt seem to be working. I want the receptionist to understand whether the business is open or closed. Its currently 7:40pm and the business should be closed from 5pm but the assistant says we are open Any tips?

Going to play some more with this over the coming days but up to now, I haven’t figured out a solution - continued working on the specifics of the call receptionist and accepted the time zone can wait till I’m ready to go live

@Leopoldo Jacobsen last time I played with it, it was working but I didn’t do any specific changes. I currently have no active voice assistants so I’m unable to check right now
Unlink Voice Assistant
I have setup an assistant but I only want to use it for Text. I currently have a number linked to the assistant which I believe needs to be disconnected. How do I do this as I cannot see an obvious way without deleting the physical number?

@Bilal Ahmed thanks, the issue is that the assistant currently accepts calls. I don’t want the number to accept calls but there isn’t a clear way of disconnecting the number from the assistant

@Jorden Williams yes I can do that just wondered if I was missing something really obvious, thanks.. I just needed to push something out quick for an exhibition and the voice isn’t right but text seems okay

Bad Numbers?
Any tips / best practice? I have an existing database for my own company that I simply want to cleanse. Could I get the assistant to call these numbers to "check in" with my existing customers? If it is a bad number, what happens? Is it bad for the telephone numbers reputation? If so, what can I do to validate these?
