Why is Support so good?
We shouldn't be spoiled by having Support that ACTUALLY SUPPORT!
The second time in two weeks, I had an issue. Not that the system was not working properly, but probably a ID 10 T error on my part.
I reached out to support, got through to the superstar once again, and with all the skill and focus of a Ninja Warrior, he sorted the issue out for me. Thanks - you are a super star! And also and the rest of the team for putting together such an amazing product with amazing support!
