I used to be with Capri AI and switched but having problems with the bot suggesting times then scheduling then saying its not available anymore.. wth?

Are there knowledge base best practices?

I switched to Haiku and like it but when it gets to numbers it’s a mess. It repeats zip code like “fifteen two twenty” instead of one five two two zero. Same with phone numbers. I didn’t have any issues with GPT4.1 but wondering if there’s a fix for this?

When reading back a phone number or time we sometimes get a weird pronunciations of numbers that are a bit inaudible. I've tried different voices and LLM models. Is anyone else experiencing this? @Jorden Williams @Mike Copeland @Assistable Ai @Assistable Team

Hey Guys - I set up my calling assistant for a client last June, left it working without issues, Just got off a call with them... everything is busted and not working. It seems like the primary issue is that the phone number in CreateAssistants is going to a busy signal.. Nothing in the dashboard indicates that there is something wrong with the number though.. Has something fundamentally changed about how the voice AI works via inbound phone that would have broken this?
