Hi Assistable fam - I have one of my first clients who's account has been on auto pilot for a year - working great - so entirely untouched for past 6 months. Found out they haven't been getting calls for the past several weeks - so I called the number and got a BUSY SIGNAL. Re-authenticated the OATH to all accounts...reconnected all accounts and still BUSY. When I purchase a new number to test - the new number works. QUESTION: did I miss the boat or memo that past numbers don't work anymore? Thanks for ANYONE with an answer - I appreciate it! @Hari Prathap Balamurugan @Jorden Williams

Haiku is the go-to for voice more stable overall and fewer weird cut-offs.
@Orion Rodgers I’d go with Haiku for chat as well. Compared to the other LLMs, it’s been more stable and consistent overall. Definitely worth giving it a try for SMS.
Tips for Answer Rates
I'm looking to increase our answer rates... anyone tried and found success in anything? We double dial and retry every day or two depending on the clients preference but looking for some extra advice of things to try
I would give you some insights: • Registering your numbers ( Free Caller Registry) spam labels kill answer rates -https://freecallerregistry.com/fcr/ • Calling within 1–5 minutes of lead opt-in. Speed matters a lot. • Rotating call times (AM, lunch, early evening) instead of retrying at the same time. • Sending a quick SMS right before the call to warm it up. Small tweaks here can make a noticeable difference.
AI Won't respond
Im trying to test my AI over the phone, and it just can't hear me no matter what I say like no responsiveness like Im muted or something. Is anyone else having this issue?

I want to do it more. Thats what we are trying to do here
