Orb on funnel is acting up...

Is it normal for the orb assistant when embedding the code widget into the funnel for the roleplay it literally says: "Sofia the assistant: What kind of damage are we looking at" or "Sofia the assistant: how old is your roof?" and stuff like that. So instead of just talking normal it says it word by word "Sofia the assistant...." then continues the question.

How do I fix this where it just talks normally without saying "Sofia the assistant...." before starting every sentence?
