Is it normal for the orb assistant when embedding the code widget into the funnel for the roleplay it literally says: "Sofia the assistant: What kind of damage are we looking at" or "Sofia the assistant: how old is your roof?" and stuff like that. So instead of just talking normal it says it word by word "Sofia the assistant...." then continues the question. How do I fix this where it just talks normally without saying "Sofia the assistant...." before starting every sentence?

I've bought 2 numbers (first time I bought thought I made a mistake because of all the errors) from Assistable and I'm still getting these errors even with the second number. Reputation is spam, verified status and caller id is all trash. How do I fix this?
