Not recognizing existing users
Noticed over the last day or so the assistant hasn't been responding to incoming leads. Sometimes choosing just to reply in a single channel (i.e just meta vs both meta and text) and not doing follow ups.
I've seen a couple threads about similar issues. I was wondering if we figured out the cause yet?
Note: I have re-synced my GHL and assistable account. It's still happening..
