new billing portal / invoices

i know some users needed invoices and more information on billing so welcome to the new billing portal. Manage your wallet, edit your stripe customer information, update card info, set auto-refill, manage subscription object (still working on you being able to upgrade and down grade automatically), view transactions to the wallet (implicit debits via usage and explicit credits via stripe) as a whole, through search or by type

search and view chargeable numbers and knowledge bases, go right to them by clicking them

this ux ui / setup allows us to bring back sub-account subscription billing and workspace-to-workspace subscriptino billing. fun stuff.

currently workspace is updated, sub-accounts will be updated this week
