Knowledge base for Voice
Dear All!
I use Buildship for Real Estate KB with custom tool. It works perfectly in chat... Pulls exact URL within search criteria. But when i try it in voice, (the same assistant) it seems it does not use the KB. Or it pulls 2-3 maximum but they are all the time the same and when i ask more option it either repeats the same or says no other option. (wich is not true cause there are 100 more at least.) What should i do so it use the Buildship KB in voice too? Or what could be the problem? Thank you.
