Help me to map out call summary, chat summary and URL provided in chat into custom fields.
Dear All, I’m setting up automations for our real estate business. Our goal is to provide summary information after a call or chat via email. In chat, the AI is able to provide property listing URLs from KB. I’m trying to map out the following with the mapping tool, but without success: - Property URLs from the chat conversation I created a mapping tool, but it doesn’t work properly. I don’t know where the problem is coming from. I tried multiple different prompts in both the main prompt field and at the tool level. - If I instruct the tool to “capture all URLs provided during the conversation,” it sometimes maps out one or two correctly, but then adds hundreds of fake, self-generated ones. - If I add conditions such as “no duplication” or “only add those provided in the chat,” then it does nothing. What I need is for the AI to add URLs into a custom field in separate lines (ideally with bullet points), so it’s easier to inject them into emails. Each session should append new URLs rather than overwrite previous ones, so I always have a full history with timestamps. The chat summary works partially, but it creates a summary immediately after the first reply, even if I try to force it to generate only after the session ends. What I need instead is: - A chat summary created after the session has ended, with a timestamp. - If the contact starts a new conversation later, the next summary should be added below the previous one, without overwriting. - This way, I can also use it to send summary emails after each completed chat session. Can anyone please give me a helping hand? I would be very grateful if someone could share the exact method to make this work successfully. Thank you in advance!
