Dear All! I use Buildship for Real Estate KB with custom tool. It works perfectly in chat... Pulls exact URL within search criteria. But when i try it in voice, (the same assistant) it seems it does not use the KB. Or it pulls 2-3 maximum but they are all the time the same and when i ask more option it either repeats the same or says no other option. (wich is not true cause there are 100 more at least.) What should i do so it use the Buildship KB in voice too? Or what could be the problem? Thank you. @Assistable Team @Jorden Williams may you can give me some tipps.

Help me to map out call summary, chat summary and URL provided in chat into custom fields.
Dear All, I’m setting up automations for our real estate business. Our goal is to provide summary information after a call or chat via email. In chat, the AI is able to provide property listing URLs from KB. I’m trying to map out the following with the mapping tool, but without success: - Property URLs from the chat conversation I created a mapping tool, but it doesn’t work properly. I don’t know where the problem is coming from. I tried multiple different prompts in both the main prompt field and at the tool level. - If I instruct the tool to “capture all URLs provided during the conversation,” it sometimes maps out one or two correctly, but then adds hundreds of fake, self-generated ones. - If I add conditions such as “no duplication” or “only add those provided in the chat,” then it does nothing. What I need is for the AI to add URLs into a custom field in separate lines (ideally with bullet points), so it’s easier to inject them into emails. Each session should append new URLs rather than overwrite previous ones, so I always have a full history with timestamps. The chat summary works partially, but it creates a summary immediately after the first reply, even if I try to force it to generate only after the session ends. What I need instead is: - A chat summary created after the session has ended, with a timestamp. - If the contact starts a new conversation later, the next summary should be added below the previous one, without overwriting. - This way, I can also use it to send summary emails after each completed chat session. Can anyone please give me a helping hand? I would be very grateful if someone could share the exact method to make this work successfully. Thank you in advance!

What is the point of a knowledge base if the assistant doesn't retrieve from it? I have a KB built out for an SMS speed to lead to work as a website information widget about products. Test it out and it just comes up with random suggestions or brand names when asked about products Seems silly this basic feature doesn't work properly

@Orion Rodgers Dear all. I went trough this issue. Before i used KB here and just faced hallucination, AI even told me to the exact amswer it is not in the KB even though it was clearly there. 😀 for us Support AI must be able to guide the contact through on the trouble shooting methods step by step. Real estate AI must be able to provide the exact property URL. So we Use BUILDSHIP. It is easy to setup, free up to 5 KB and works good. Only issue i had that AI just checked once and on the second question sometimes did not check the KB. So now i force the AI to check the KB before provide answer. Since then i get the exact answer. How to mapping out infos from chat and voice and send them via email?
Dear All! We are working with Real estate agencies. The voice and chat AI is able to suggest properties from knowledge base. it has direct URL and reference number too... What is the best way to send all the URL was offered them during the call or chat via email after the conversation finished? In voice the AI is not allowed to speak out the URL to keep the conversation clean. So i guess mapping tool can not work. Thank you in advance.
Adjust AI behaviour on response speed and Interruptin sensitivity
Hi Team! Is there any way i can adjust response speed and interruption sensitivity? I feel these 2 would improve so much my voice AI agent... I can not find in assistable. Just copied from other providers what am i tinking on so it can explain better. Thank you @Assistable Team
