I Need Help From the Community. Please Do Not Delete This Message!
I purchased the Lifetime Deal 6 months ago. Back then we were promised concierge support, enhanced features, and a solid roadmap. Most of that has never been delivered. But I stayed patient because I believed in the platform and kept building on it.
Then about 2 months ago, everything broke. No warning, no heads up, nothing. Just one day things stopped working.
Since then it's been an absolute mess. You fix one thing and something else breaks. My clients' systems have been down and I've spent two straight months going back and forth with support just trying to hold on to the clients I already have.
Here's where I'm at right now:
Call transfers are still not working. Support is telling me it's because the Telnyx numbers are getting flagged as spam. Okay fine, but here's the thing... I also have a Twilio number set up for the same client and it has the exact same issue. This Twilio number:
- Was marked as Good Standing by Assistable themselves
- Was fully warmed up
- Was actively used by my client for 3-4 months before any of these problems started
So you're telling me a warmed, verified, good-standing number is suddenly spam-flagged? Come on. That's not a number problem. And even if it is, I need a concrete solution to this!
And on top of all this:
- The dedicated Slack channel that came with the LTD? No response. The person assigned to me just doesn't reply.
- Backend support has zero clue about the bigger picture. Every time I reach out I'm explaining things from scratch like my numbers are the only ones affected.
- The solutions I get either don't make sense or just don't work. I'm going in circles.
Look at the screenshot below. This is a new client I'm onboarding. She's already blown away by the platform. And this isn't just any client. With her connections and help I'll be able to bring in a LOT more business. We're talking millions in potential revenue here. But I can't take her live because call transfers don't work. This platform which has tremendous potential is failing me at the most crucial point possible right now, and I'm watching these opportunities slip away in real time.
How am I supposed to face my clients like this?
And what the hell is up with deleting posts? Seriously. I'm not the only one dealing with this. I've talked to multiple people privately and they all have the same issues. So if you're dealing with the same stuff, please speak up in this thread. I need all the help I can get.
I've put my hard earned money into this platform. The LTD, the concierge, the support, the features... six months later most of those promises are still unfulfilled and the platform itself has been broken for two months straight. I'm losing real money and real clients every single day this continues.
We need a real response, a real timeline, and real accountability. Not another workaround that doesn't work. And for the love of god, stop deleting posts from paying customers who are just trying to get help.
