How to differentiate between chat and voice conversations in prompts
We are supposed to be able to create a single assistant that handles both voice and chat. I've tried included specific instructions for each context, but the assistant seems to ignore the contextual instructions.
For example, there is no reason to greet a chat user with the company name. I'd like the assistant to simply ask "How many I help you?" in chat, but it persists in using the exact greeting set for the voice bot.
