@Ben B this has been an Assistable issue since day 1… rolling out updates in the production system. I have suggested many times they create a second system to test updates before they roll them out, but apparently they’re not learning any lessons. This would be an incredible system if it was more bulletproof. After a year (for me), it appears to not be ready for prime time.

Weird Incoming Calls
I have a client who has received several calls from a woman who said our number is calling her, and to please stop calling. I checked the call center history and there is no record of outbound calls, and certainly none to this person's number. Double-checked GHL and the log matches Assistable. Is it possible that Assistable is making outbound calls? If it was, wouldn't it get logged? I should add that I haven't had a reason to log into this subaccount for awhile... but I noticed the prompt is completely empty. I'm the only one who has access to the dashboard.

Chat Widget Use
We primarily use Assistable for voice and conversational AI, but have used the chat widget on site a while ago. Is there anyone using the chat widget for clients, seems counter-intuitive to pay GHL for chat widget then Assistable so need to find out widget situation. Thanks!

@Nate Abbott you can embed an Assistable agent in a GHL chat widget. I’m sure there are at least a couple videos in the training that demonstrate how. Or, search “how to make a chat widget with Assistable AI” Or ask your favorite AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini…) the same question.

@Nate Abbott my apologies. I’m using both right now, and GHL is simpler to implement. I’ll probably keep Assistable AI for more complex implementations.
