More than a business & community, its a family
I wont get too sappy here but I cant believe how much we all (that is including you) have accomplished in the last 2 years. It genuinely feels like a giant family and its super super heart warming to see. Over the past two years, we have had mountain highs and valley lows - we have experienced crazy growth, and the good and bad outcomes of crazy growth. We have built some of the best deployable agent technology in the agency and enterprise game (so im told) and none of that even compares to the family and community that has been built. I always get asked whats next? What are the plans? The plans are to double down on what we do best and to continuously innovate to serve our community and put scale and efficiency in the hands of business owners who wouldnt have been able to do it without AI. Love yall, happy wednesday. I'm on a dev sprint so expect a wave of patch posts and feature releases over the next week

There was an outage of CloudFlare earlier this morning, causing widespread problems across the internet. I'm not sure if Assistable uses it, but they likely do.

I didn't do CRAZY error handling on it specifically to not over complicate it and not interfere with things going on. This is a state-based practice self-selling demo meaning its a fun way to learn how to use custom fields to change states in your assistant based on different conditions. Feel free to customize and have fun :) Couple things you need to do: 1. Create a demo assistant and use the custom field "{{contact.self_selling_objective}}" as the prompt. This allows you to dynamically change the assistant's prompt based on where in the demo you are. 2. Set up the post-call webhook in the second flow "post-call". Go to Call Settings and then post-call webhook, input the url from the trigger and then initialize it. You can use that reference which maps the rest of the flow. 3. Take your assistant ID and plug it into the 3 Make AI Call actions to make sure you are using your assistant and not ours (it was cause errors if not). 4. Take the prompt from the document and re-format it with your branding for the closer (this will be different for you because it will be your business and your identity etc. - I left it out because its your interpretation on how you want to close after the demo happens but I did leave an example) 5. Trigger the workflow with the form or add your contact to the start flow manually in the contact page. 6. Test, refine and have fun :)

Here's an example: "How do I import an assistant in Assistable.AI using an assistant ID shared with me?" RESPONSE: Below is the exact step-by-step process to import an assistant in Assistable.ai using a shared Assistant ID (works in any sub-account you have access to). Step-by-Step: Import Assistant by ID 1. Log in to Assistable.ai → Go to app.assistable.ai and sign in with your GoHighLevel-connected account. 2. Switch to the Correct Sub-Account In the top-left corner, click the location dropdown (your GHL sub-accounts/locations). Select the sub-account where you want the assistant duplicated. 3. Go to Assistants Dashboard From the left sidebar, click Assistants. 4. Start Import Click the “+ Create Assistant” button (top-right). In the modal/pop-up, look for “Import with ID” (usually a tab or secondary button next to “Build from Scratch”). 5. Paste the Assistant ID Paste the full Assistant ID (e.g., ast_1a2b3c4d5e...) that was shared with you. Click “Import” or “Continue”. 6. Review & Confirm The system will load a preview (name, model, prompt, knowledge, voice, etc.). Edit the name if desired (recommended: add “- Copy” or sub-account name). Click “Create Assistant”. 7.
