I think you can still get it to email? From a phone call I think the Ai can email them if programmed that way?

What helps with stuff like this is to also understand to what degree we are impacted. Can we as end users just not access the bot or is the ai down, is the ai not send data, etc. This level of transparency will allow us as agency owners understand the level of impact.
