Is there anyway to intergrate calender groups into a chatbot?

I am managing a karate school lead generaion and we teach at 30 different locations. We have a trial class booking. If we running 2 classes at 2 different locations it tells the person that the class is unavailable even though it is, so I would like to use a group calender system to prevent this.

Please assist.
