Australian Voice Disappeared – possibly due to upgrade?

We were using a Australian male voice (see/ hear attached) for our self selling demo. We sent out a special urgency promo deal before Christmas and got an a lot of interest and insanely positive feedback specifically for the voice. At some point (likely when the voice system was upgraded) our voice was swapped out for 'James P - Scared Australian' which is like a joke voice??

We can no longer find the attached voice, this has by far been the best Aussie voice for us in terms of feedback. There are now a lot more Aussie options and some are ok but we would much prefer our favorite.

I think it may have been called Steve? There are 2 new Steve voices when searching with the word 'Australian' both these listings are exactly the same voice.

Any help here would be very much appreciated.
