Hello, I need help with integrating Assistable into GoHighLevel.I successfully connected Assistable and was able to create my assistant. In testing, everything seems to work – except for the calendar booking, which is obviously the most important part.
I've attached a screenshot to show what it looks like on my end.In the official tutorial videos, this step appears slightly different – for example, there's an option to click on “Add To” or something similar. My interface looks different, but I still see a small green checkmark next to the calendar, which suggests that the connection is active. However, the calendar booking still doesn’t work.The assistant says things like “I’m checking for an appointment on Thursday afternoon,” but then nothing happens. Instead, it just repeats the question: “Would you like a Thursday appointment?” – I confirm, and the whole thing starts over again. It's basically stuck in a loop.
I suspect the issue lies with the calendar integration, and I urgently need a solution to get the booking functionality working properly.
