Appt schedule
Seem to be having an issue with round robin calendar.
Before when I scheduled an appt I had the setting set for schedule with assigned user. Now when the ai is scheduling it seems to be ignoring that and just scheduling it with whoever. We have 5 sales reps on the calendar.
I’ve made new ai, new calendar, same issue.
