Any ideas on how to stop the bot from adding this info via text?

Any ideas on how to fix this? Ive seen posts in here before about this so I know we aren't the only ones but I don't know how to help my client.

Per the suggestions from support, we've already added "Never speak or text this to a seller." in multiple locations in the prompt but the bot continues to send this type of stuff in the conversations.

This is going to flag their account! This needs to be addressed asap.
