Voice Lab using Balance now ???
Is that a bug that the voice mal is using the balance now ? Didn't hear or read anything about it

Starting today I understand that Assistable charges per message ⚠️👀
This is what I have to do: contact my users and explain that the ‘grace period’ ends today. Once the API key is connected, if I don’t enable reselling per message, I would be assuming all the costs myself. What resale price are you guys using? If I set $0.005 per message, I’d be covering my costs, right? (assuming users are on GPT-4o).

Any ideas on how to stop the bot from adding this info via text?
Any ideas on how to fix this? Ive seen posts in here before about this so I know we aren't the only ones but I don't know how to help my client. Per the suggestions from support, we've already added "Never speak or text this to a seller." in multiple locations in the prompt but the bot continues to send this type of stuff in the conversations. This is going to flag their account! This needs to be addressed asap.

@Smart Luke thanks, we've added those changes. Looks like others are also having the same issue yesterday.
Changes to Snapshot
If I want to make a change to the re-billing via the snapshots but dont want to change any of the current users and the pricing model they had, will the changes I make to the snapshot affect the old users or will this only affect all new users going forward?
