Hi everyone, What are the lenders up to now..? In the past week I've received two re-mortgage illustrations from separate brokers for my a) BTL and for b) a SA mortgage, which included 'Lender Arrangement Fees of between 5% & 7% accross quite differing int' rates for the same loan amount; that equates to between £17k and £29k just for the 'Product Fee'!!! - "added to the loan" of course... which really doesn't sweeten the pill any. I'd be keen to hear if anyone else can recommend a broker who is NOT proposing lenders with such crazy fees..?
