Really straightforward, practical guidance on getting started properly in property — strategy, numbers and mindset all laid out clearly. Pad full of notes!!! Anyone else read it yet? Just finished the Deal Packaging Bootcamp with Jamie York and the team. I feel like my brain is completely melted and will take a moment to realise the enormity of these last three days. So. Much.
