Hands down to our biggest awards night ever, the room was electric. Over 200 people in attendance, and you could feel the momentum the second you walked in.We gave out 50+ awards, but what really mattered was who was walking onto that stage. People who’ve done their first ever deal this year. People who’ve raised millions through JV funding. People achieving 10%+ returns in a market where most are sitting on the sidelines. People who’ve sold over £1 million, live on stage. That doesn’t happen by accident. What I’m most proud of is the calibre of people in this community. Every delegate in that room has shown up, done the work, and backed themselves and last night was about recognizing that. Seeing so many of you step forward to be celebrated, some for the very first time, was genuinely special. The confidence, the growth, the belief… it’s incredible to watch.
