Win from Friday got our development funding over the line last week for our office to resi conversion for 9 apartments in Saltash. May look like an ugly building but it has amazing river views. Now the fun part begins!!

Boom! Last weekend I was awarded the Icon of the Training Industry Award from Andy Harrington’s Professional Speaker Academy. What a great night! Coming from council estates to moments like this… it reminds me that it doesn’t matter where you start. If you’re hungry, committed and willing to back yourself, you can create something great. I want to say a massive thank you to my wife, my kids, my friends and my mentors. Your support, your love, your belief, that’s what’s kept me going through the highs and lows. If you have not done so already you need to get yourself onto this bootcamp. I took my 17 year old with me who absolutely loved it. Completely blew her mind with regards to the information shared and how this could change her life. Huge contrast compared to what she is currently learning at college. @Liam J Ryan and the team were giving as always, huge amount of info with the days only finishing after 7pm or 8pm on the one day. Think they have finished these for this year but if you havent would highly recommend getting onto one of the bootcamps next year.
