As we close out 2025, I’m incredibly proud of what Grasshopper Property has achieved in its first full year. Earning five awards in year one is a fantastic milestone and a testament to the hard work, resilience and belief of everyone involved. But this is only the beginning. We cannot afford to become complacent. In 2026, our commitment is to work harder, but also smarter. We will double our efforts in the right channels, with the right strategies, and with a sharper focus on what truly moves the needle. We are confident in our story and clear on the path we want to take. Early January, we’ll be holding a focused strategy session to set our goals for 2026 and capture them in a simple, powerful plan-on-a-page that will guide our actions throughout the year. To everyone reading this: use this moment to reset, to plan, and to challenge yourself. Push beyond what you did in 2025. Step outside your comfort zone. Test your limits. Growth only happens when we stretch ourselves and embrace a bit of discomfort. Nothing worthwhile comes easy. But when you put the work in, you start to see returns: results, momentum, and that fire in your belly to go further and reach higher. Grasshopper Property is only just getting started. Right now, it may feel like the phase where the legs are paddling furiously beneath the surface, like a duck on water.
